Brief Description:

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) invites quotes from authorized firms to provide annual hardware and software maintenance for Aruba wireless networking equipment. Current maintenance has expired, new term will be back-dated to start on October 5, 2016. Some items will be co-terminated to the October 5, 2017 expiration date. Firm must be an authorized reseller of the Aruba components listed.

Instructions:

All bidders must be authorized to sell Aruba products. The winning bidder will be required to provide proof they are an authorized reseller of the Aruba equipment and maintenance support listed. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award.

Bidders submitting an alternate manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a "No Bid" and will not be considered for award.

Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.

Delivery shall be by electronic download only. No tangible items will be accepted.
