Instructions:
Please provide your best price and lead time. The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) will award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder with available inventory. Bidder shall, in addition to its separate warranties and obligations, provide a pass-through genuine new parts manufacturer and/or supplied parts warranty. The Bidder shall be responsible for both separate and pass-through warranties. Failure to comply with the stated warranty requirements will result in returned merchandise at the Bidder’s expense. When awarded to a vendor an emailed purchase order will follow. The vendor must reply to the Buyer’s request, “Please confirm receipt of this order” PER EMAIL for the purchase order within twenty-four hours. Bidder must comply with Guaranteed Delivery due date as specified for each line item awarded. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the purchase order and re-procurement charges.
