IFB - INVITATION FOR BIDS - "BODY REPAIRS AND PAINTING FOR SUPPORT VEHICLES".
Instructions:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites bids from qualified contractors for body repairs and painting services for support vehicles. Please provide your best price and lead time on Exhibit A - "Price Summary Sheet" in the IFB package . Bids must be received on or before November 7, 2019. The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) will award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder per the lump sum. The award of items identified on this solicitation may be split between Bidders based upon the overall benefit to the Authority. All freight costs and/or delivery costs are to be included in the Bidder’s price. When awarded to a vendor an emailed purchase order will follow. The vendor must reply to the Buyer’s request, “Please confirm receipt of this order” PER EMAIL for the purchase order within twenty-four hours.
