Brief Description:
Contractor services for BOS/CSC. Contractor will enter into a three-party agreement between the Orange County Transportation Authority, Riverside County Transportation Commission and Contractor. OCTA is the lead agency in this procurements. Please follow RFP instructions for communication protocol. Local Express Lanes funds used. No federal funds used; therefore no DBE participation goal. Combined budget for initial Agreement Term for both agencies is $73,050,000.

All non-technical questions deadline: June 14, 2019
Agencies' response deadline: June 21, 2019
Proposal due date: July 12, 2019 - at or before 2:00 p.m.
Interview dates: August 27 and 28, 2019
All prime and subcontractors must have registered their businesses in CAMM NET to be awarded a contract.
Agencies' Boards of Directors/Commissioners must approve the contract award to the firm/team recommended by staff.
Offerors are advised to examine the liquidated damages, prohibition, conflict of interest and public records and information language in Section I of the RFP and in various articles in the Proposed Agreement, in addition to Insurance and bonding requirements and Intellectual Property language in the Agreement.
