Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) invites quotes from authorized AudioCodes distributors/resellers to provide AudioCodes Customer Technical Support (ACTS) for AudioCodes Gateways, Survivable Branch Appliances (SBA), and SmartTap Recording Solution for the Information Systems Department. Winning bidder will be required to provide proof they are an authorized distributor/reseller. The budget for this effort is $50,000 for a one-year term effective February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019.

Quotes must be received at or before 11:00 a.m. on January 23, 2018.

Quotes received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.

An award will be made to the bidder with the lowest, responsive, responsible quote for all items specified in Exhibit B, entitled “Price Summary Sheet.”

All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on January 17, 2018. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum on January 18, 2018.
