Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized Bus Cleaning Chemicals vendors. The budget for this effort is $44,000.00 for a one (2)-year initial term with one, one (1) year option term, effective March 11, 2025, through December 31, 2027. The vendor shall have the resources necessary to provide all items listed on the Price Summary Sheet, Exhibit C, to maintain cleanliness, meet healthy and safety requirements to ensure equipment is clean effectively.
Instructions:
Vendor shall supply OCTA with items listed on the Price Summary sheet, Exhibit C for the agree upon price. All Bus Cleaning Chemicals shall comply with Product Specifications, Compliance and Safety Standards. The winning vendor shall be required to supply bus cleaning chemicals to both Garden Grove and Santa Ana facilities. All products provided shall match those listed in the Price Summary sheet as submitted in response to this RFQ, or listed as and approved equal (See Attachment A.) Vendors Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.
Quotes must be sent to Daniel Crymes, Senior Contract Administrator, by email to dcrymes@octa.net specifying in the subject line: “RFQ 5-3945: Bus Cleaning Chemicals”

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing to dcrymes@octa.net and must be received by OCTA no later than 5:00 p.m., on February 24, 2025.

Requests for clarifications, questions, and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions." OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Responses to all questions will be provided via an addendum by February 25, 2025.
