Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from qualified firms to provide twenty (20) Apple iPads. The budget for this effort is $12,500.00 for a one (1)-year term, effective through November 30, 2024. The firm must be authorized to resell Apple products.
Instructions:
All firms must be authorized resellers of the items listed at the time of the quote closing. The winning firm will be required to provide proof they are a reseller of Apple products. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. All quotes submitted for the solicitation shall be for new products. Any quotes submitted for products that are used, refurbished, or remanufactured shall be disqualified. Firms submitting an alternate manufacturer, model or part number shall result in a "No Bid" and will not be considered for award. Firms must quote all items or shall be deemed non-responsive. Please include shipping cost in the comment section. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing to gtorres@octa.net and must be received by the Authority no later than 2:00 p.m., October 17, 2023.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions". OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Responses to all questions will be provided via an Addendum by October 19, 2023.
