Brief Description:

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized firms to provide Aruba Consulting for Base Wide Wi-Fi Configurations at a quantity of 20.

The budget for this effort is $50,000.

Instructions:

All firms must be an authorized dealer of the requested item. The winning firm will be required to provide proof they are an authorized dealer and can sell to OCTA. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ. Electronic delivery only. Pricing shall be fully-burdened and include sales tax, direct costs, indirect costs, and profits. Pricing shall be a total lump sum for the quantity requested.

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing and must be received by OCTA no later than 5:00 p.m., on May 24, 2023.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions". OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such.
