Brief Description:

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized AudioCodes resellers to provide 130 AudioCodes TEAMS-C450HD-BW.
The budget for this effort is $44,850.

Instructions:

All firms must be authorized resellers of the items listed at the time of the quote closing. The winning firm will be required to provide proof they are an authorized AudioCodes reseller. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Firms submitting an alternate manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a "No Bid" and will not be considered for award. Firms must quote all items or shall be deemed non-responsive. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ.

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing to mcardozo@octa.net and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on May 11, 2022.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions". OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. Responses to all questions will be provided via an Addendum by May 16, 2022.
