Brief Description:

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized firms to provide six (6) Kyocera Copiers with a specified configuration.

The budget for this effort is $29,280.

Instructions:

All firms must be an authorized Kyocera dealer of the item listed. The winning firm will be required to provide proof they are an authorized Kyocera dealer and can sell to OCTA. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ. Delivery truck must have liftgate. Please include installation into price. All equipment shall be latest version, new, and not refurbished or used in any way.

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be put in writing and must be received by OCTA no later than 5:00 p.m., on March 24, 2022.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions". OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such.
