Brief Description:

The Orange County Transportation Authority invites qualified firms to submit a quote for the purchase of 50 ViewSonic monitors.

Instructions:

All bidders must be authorized resellers of ViewSonic equipment. The lowest overall bidder will be required to provide proof they are an authorized ViewSonic reseller. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. All quotes submitted for the solicitation shall be for new products.

Any quotes submitted for products that are used, refurbished, or remanufactured shall be disqualified. Bidders submitting alternate manufacturer, model or part number shall result in a "No Bid" and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of the RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance to the requirements in the RFQ.

All questions, clarifications, or comments must be in writing and must be received by OCTA no later than 5:00 p.m., on April 8, 2021. Requests for clarification, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions." OCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such. All items shall be received at one time. Applicable sales tax shall not be included in the unit prices.
