Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized resellers to provide the annual maintenance and support for Turbonomics Enterprise Operations Manager Software for the license period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 (part # EEWL -SNM-1YR and part # EEWL-SNM -1YR). Software with the specified confirgurations and quantities called out in each line item. The budget for this effort is $14,192.00.
Instructions:
All firms must be authorized Turbonomics Enterprise Operations Manager Software reseller of the items listed. The winning quote will be required to provide proof they are an authorized Turbonomics Enterprise Operations Manager Software reseller. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible firm and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ. Questions are due no later than October 12, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Responses to all questions will be provided via an Addendum by October 19, 2020. Delivery shall be by electronic download only. No tangible items will be accepted.
