Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requests quotes from authorized resellers to provide thirty (30) Lenovo Desktop Computers with the following configurations: Lenovo ThinkCentre M720 Tiny Intel Core i5-9500T, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD M.2, 2 DisplayPort’s, 1HDMI port. Part number 10T700C4US.
The budget for this effort is $23,160.00.
Instructions:
All units shall be received at one time by February 27,2020. All bidders must be an authorized Lenovo dealer of the items listed. The winning bidder will be required to provide proof they are an authorized Lenovo dealer. Unauthorized quotes will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and will not be considered for award. All quotes submitted for this solicitation shall be for new products. Any quotes submitted for products that are used, refurbished, or remanufactured shall be disqualified. Bidders submitting an alternative manufacturer, model, or part number shall result in a “No Bid” and will not be considered for award. Any award as a result of this RFQ will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and shall be on a lump sum basis, in accordance with the requirements in this RFQ. Price shall include all shipping, handling and taxes charges. Delivery truck must have liftgate, there is no delivery dock.

All questions, clarifications, or comments, including questions must be put in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on January 31, 2020.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly labeled, "Written Questions". The Authority is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been labeled as such.
