The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide traffic and intelligent transportation systems engineering services for MacArthur/Talbert Avenue.

Instructions:
Proposals must be received in the Authority’s office at or before 2:00 p.m. on April 23, 2020.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 31, 2020, via teleconference Skype at 10:00 a.m. All prospective Offerors are encouraged to participate in the pre-proposal conference via Skype.
