Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites quotes from qualified firms to provide OC GO (Measure M) project signs. The budget for this effort is $20,000 for a term effective through June 30, 2020, with two, one-year option terms. OC GO (Measure M) project signs will be provided on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of usage.
Instructions:
Quotes must be received at or before 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2018.

Quotes should be sent to Bill O’Connor, Buyer, by email at boconnor@octa.net.

Quotes received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.

An award will be made to the bidder with the lowest, responsive, responsible bid for items specified in Exhibit B, entitled “Quotation Form.”

All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on December 6, 2018. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum on December 11, 2018.

All firm interested in doing business with the Authority are required to register their business on-line at CAMM NET, the Authority’s interactive website. The website can be found at www.octa.net/cammnet.
