Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering services for Katella Avenue and Main Street Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization projects.
Instructions:
Authority intends to award two contracts as a result of this procurement: one each to intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering services for Katella Avenue (Project 1), and Main Street (Project 2). When submitting their proposal, Offerors are asked to specify the project on which they prefer to work. Offerors interested in proposing on both projects must submit, a separate proposal and a separate work plan for each project.
Proposals must be received in the Authority’s office at or before 2:00 p.m. on December 12, 2018.
