Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a public records management solution for the Authority’s Clerk of the Board office. The budget for this effort is $20,000 for a term effective through December 31, 2018.
Instructions:
Proposals must be received at or before 2:00 p.m. on May 24, 2018.

Proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.
All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on May 14, 2018. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than May 15, 2018.
The Authority has established June 7, 2018, as the date to conduct interviews. All prospective Offerors will be asked to keep this date available.
