Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites quotes from qualified firms to provide prescription safety eyewear to Authority employees on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of usage. The budget for this effort is $11,360 for the two-year initial term. The low bidder will be required to provide proof that their prescription safety eyewear is in compliance with the American National Standards Institute’s standard ANSI Z87.1-2015.
Instructions:
Quotes must be received at or before 11:00 a.m. on November 28, 2017.

Quotes received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.
An award will be made to the bidder with the lowest, responsive, responsible quote for all items specified in Exhibit B, entitled “Price Summary Sheet.”
All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on November 16, 2017. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum on November 21, 2017.
