Brief Description:
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide Recruitment Compensation software including implementation, annual subscription, and maintenance and support that will allow the Human Resources (HR) Department to automate the gathering of comprehensive and current real time market salary data for Orange County’s job market. The software must be compatible with the Lawson Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The budget for this effort is $30,000
Instructions:
Proposals must be received at or before 2:00 p.m. on September 19, 2017.

Proposals received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.

All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Authority no later than 5:00 p.m., on September 7, 2017. The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than September 12, 2017.
