Instructions:
All questions, clarifications, and request for approved equals must be submitted via email to Donald Herrera, Contract Administrator, via email to dherrera@octa.net no later than 5:00 p.m., on March 21, 2017.

The Authority will respond to all written questions by issuing an addendum no later than March 24, 2017.

Quotes submitted with an alternate manufacturer or part number that is not approved via an addendum will be deemed non-responsive.
